Delete your account and data
You can initiate permanent deletion in the app or from this page without reinstalling the app.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open My Korean Boyfriends and sign in.
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Review what will be removed, confirm your identity if requested, and confirm permanent deletion.
- After the server confirms deletion, the app clears its local signed-in state and returns you to the entry flow.
Option 2: Request deletion from the web
Email an account-deletion request
Send to euisuk97@gmail.com with the subject My Korean Boyfriends account deletion request.
In the message, include only:
- the email address or Apple private-relay address used to sign in;
- whether you used Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In;
- a clear statement that you want the My Korean Boyfriends account and associated data deleted.
Never email your password, one-time code, access token, government ID, or full chat transcript. We reply only from euisuk97@gmail.com and use the least information reasonably needed to verify account control. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, send from or identify the relay address linked to the account.
What happens after your request
- We aim to acknowledge the request within five business days, Monday–Friday, excluding South Korean public holidays. This is a service target, not a waiver of any shorter legal deadline.
- We verify that the requester controls the account. We will not require more information than reasonably necessary.
- We disable access and delete or de-identify covered live data within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is legally permitted and explained to you.
- We send completion confirmation by email for web requests. No production database backup plan is currently active; before live account data is accepted, this page will state the actual managed backup rotation.
Data deleted and data that may be retained
Subject to verification and applicable law, deletion covers the My Korean Boyfriends account and associated profile, saved story state, chat prompts, generated scenes, settings, story credits, experiment assignment, referral records, and directly linked service activity. Where contractually available, we request deletion from processors; some provider-held records instead expire under the provider's settings and policy.
Under the service's deletion workflow, account deletion first removes identified analytics and pre-sign-in events and rate-limit rows whose installation identifier later became linked to the account. Deleting the authentication user then triggers database cascades that remove the linked profile, stories, chat messages, generation jobs, rewards, experiment assignments, referral claims, in-app reports, and any remaining identified analytics. The following data may remain outside that linked account deletion:
- events whose installation identifier never appeared on an authenticated event and therefore is not associated with an account in our database; production analytics will not be enabled until a maximum retention period and deletion job are configured;
- support, privacy, deletion, and safety email retained under the category-specific schedule that will be published before live service opens, or a narrower legal-preservation record retained only as long as required; and
- independent provider records, such as hosting, email, AppsFlyer attribution, AI abuse-monitoring, or advertising records, which expire under that provider's settings and policy. Any future managed backup will be isolated from ordinary use and governed by the rotation published here before live launch.
Deleting this app account does not delete your Apple ID or Google Account and does not erase information an advertiser or another independent service collected under its own policy. Contact that provider for its deletion process.
